Depending on the subscription plan you select, you will be entitled to a varying number of features and/or different limits.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any security breach.
You may not use a username that belongs to someone else, is not lawfully available, infringes rights, or is offensive or obscene.
Commitment Period and Notice of Termination
Subscriptions are binding for the chosen period (one month or one year) and renew automatically unless otherwise agreed. In individual agreements, subscriptions renew for one year.
Cancellation must be made before the new period is invoiced. You can cancel via your settings or by contacting customer service via chat or [email protected].
Automatic Debit on Your Payment Card
If you receive a new card, update your details in the subscription settings or contact support. You may withdraw consent to charge your card at any time.
You can also dispute unauthorized charges with your card provider. Disputes must be filed as soon as possible and within 8 weeks, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy
Unless required by law, Morningscore is not obligated to issue refunds. Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. For monthly subscriptions, you may request a refund for non-use, but we reserve the right to decline if any material activity is detected.

Cancellation of Service
Morningscore reserves the right to cancel your service unilaterally in cases including, but not limited to:
- Breach of any of these terms;
- Detection of unusual usage patterns;
- Attempt to damage our reputation, work, or service;
- Requests from law enforcement or public agencies.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use.
Limitation of Liability
Morningscore ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
Morningscore ApS does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the results will meet your requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive those rights. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.
Changes
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after revisions implies acceptance of the new terms.
